Majestic Rose sugar flower,
It's made of gum paste, very good recipe of gumpaste got from my Teacher ,
Ms Yumi , I'm so thankful I've learned another skill in making this beautiful majestic rose ,
There's long way to go !!!!

SUPER SOFT CINNAMON ROLLS (my recipe)


Flour -  1 & 1/2 cup (plus 1/4 cup for mixing if it's to liquidity)
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Canola oil - 3 & 1/3 Tbsp
Yeast - 10 grams
Egg - 1 large
Milk powder 3 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup (use to dilute milk powder)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Filling:
Cinnamon powder - 3 tbsp
Brown sugar - 4tbsp

Procedure:

Preheat oven 200c

Just mix all ingredients together  until soft and not sticky dough,
After mixing proof for one hour,
Roll to rectangular shape and sprinkle the filling, roll it , cut , and out on your desired baking pan , recipe makes 15 cinnamon rolls ,

Bake at 200c for 15 minutes or until golden brown ,

My cheese flavored brioche,

Brioche is a French bread, it's under the category of a enriched dough , meaning the dough has milk ,egg,and fat to get the richer flavor of the bread, 
Brioche is perfect for breakfast, or afternoon snack , 
You can also put filling of your choice, it's either sweet or savory ,

My super spongy vanilla sponge cake ;)

this vanilla sponge cake is really soft, spongy texture, truly is a pleasure to eat this,
this cake is simple to make , the taste is creamy, eggy, airy and not too sweet, perfect for dessert and afternoon tea
This is my homemade pandesal (Filipino bread)

its Filipino breakfast bread, usually we eat this with coffee, we dip the pandesal to our coffee and eat it! this bread is coated with bread crumbs that make this different from the other Filipino bread, the texture of pandesal is crispy on the outside and soft inside, it also has a vibrant aromatic smell when you bake this ,

I baked this one of my favorite! Banana bread!
