SUPER SOFT CINNAMON ROLLS (my recipe)
Flour - 1 & 1/2 cup (plus 1/4 cup for mixing if it's to liquidity)
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Canola oil - 3 & 1/3 Tbsp
Yeast - 10 grams
Egg - 1 large
Milk powder 3 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup (use to dilute milk powder)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Filling:
Cinnamon powder - 3 tbsp
Brown sugar - 4tbsp
Procedure:
Preheat oven 200c
Just mix all ingredients together until soft and not sticky dough,
After mixing proof for one hour,
Roll to rectangular shape and sprinkle the filling, roll it , cut , and out on your desired baking pan , recipe makes 15 cinnamon rolls ,
Bake at 200c for 15 minutes or until golden brown ,

This is my homemade pandesal (Filipino bread)
its Filipino breakfast bread, usually we eat this with coffee, we dip the pandesal to our coffee and eat it! this bread is coated with bread crumbs that make this different from the other Filipino bread, the texture of pandesal is crispy on the outside and soft inside, it also has a vibrant aromatic smell when you bake this ,
