composition:
1.yogurt base mousse
2.almond sponge cake
3.passion fruit jelly
4.crispy streusel base
5.passion fruit white chocolate glaze
+desiccated coconut,Italian meringue and white chocolate for deco

1.Dark chocolate mousse
2.almond sponge cake
3.mix berries jelly
4.crispy streusel base
5.Dark chocolate glaze
+chocolate deco and dried BlackBerry

I just thought if I still remember how to braid so I decided to practice and try it,
Fortunately I did !!🙌☺

I made hazelnut chocolate Dome cake,
It's a layered cake, made of almond cake,hazelnut praline, chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze with gold leaf and dessicated coconut for garnish,
